can I safely transplant lily after new growth has emerged?

Due to a last minute rearrange of a bed, I need to relocate 3 Oriental lilies which have just broken the surface with new growth. Is this OK? Will they still flower this year? Can I divide them when they're out? They've only been in the ground for 2 yrs.

They should be fine if you move them as early as possible. Their growth may get slowed and stunted but should bloom.

Yes they'll be fine and you can divide them , they may not bloom vigorously after division but you'll probably get some blooms if done early enough.
