What's killing my lilies?

I'm pretty sure these are lilies, I've never actually seen them bloom! They come up beautifully every spring and then I'm left with this. I'm so sad to watch them die each year. They are definitely a bulb. I tried some copper spray this year but it did not help. They are planted all over my garden and the same thing happens to all of them. Thank you so much for any help!

Looks like botrytis a fungal disease. Any Lily Society website should have info for treatment. If you don't know of one check out the Manitoba Lily Society website and they will guide you. Good luck with your lilies.

Not sure what they are,but they don't look like lilies.

What you have are colchicum, not lilies. It is completely normal for them to die down at this time of year. They send up large crocus-like blooms in fall, usually September-October.
