Hi,

Could you recommend some that are especially tall AND long lived?

I didn't know they could get to 5 - 6 ft but "fine gardening magazine says they can. That makes me interested!

I don't really want pink or red ones.

If they can get tall than it's be nice to replace my canna with this bulb but I hate to buy something that dies after a few years. I realize these are fairly new on the market maybe you can tell me how long they are lasting for you and if your in a similar zone.

and maybe what types you recommend. they have to be in full sun here.
