It's a strange shape, but still beautiful. I don't have a clue, it doesn't look like any red lily I've ever seen before. It might be a species lily. It would take some research, but I'll bet Helen knows. Helen, where are you?

Thanks. I think it's beautiful, too! The orange streaks really show up in person. It's such a rich color. I'd love to know what it is. I've moved, and dug a lot to take with me, so all names were lost. I'm trying to go through and catalog everything. This is a favorite. I guess it's an Asian (no fragrance) but that's as far as I can get.
