Stems but no buds

Good day all. I've had a lovely bunch of trumpet lilies blooming for several years (approximately 8 years). I normally get around 6 flower buds per stem. There are 5 stems in this one area.

This year I have stems, leaves, and exactly ONE bud that opened a few days ago.

I fertilize at the proper time, nothing else has changed. We did have a very early HOT spring this year here on Long Island.

Do I have to buy new bulbs? Have my bulbs reached the max life cycle?

Thank you in advance for you suggestions and guidance.
