Wierd Genetics/malformation

So, when I was at Home Depot, buying lilies, I saw a few... peculiar.... lilies. They looked normal, except some had two styles sprouting from the same ovary, or twisted, curly styles.

I ended up buying a couple of lilies, and much to my amazement, one of the flowers bloomed and the style was twisted downwards and very curly. It's been bloomed for almost a week now, so I don't think it will straighten up, and the other flowers that have bloomed (on the same stem) had straight styles from the moment they bloomed.

Is this common?

(It's a hybrid lily though, so I don't know much about it. It's pink, and it's petals look like boats almost. Some of the flowers have white spots at the tips of their petals, and others don't)
