| I made the mistake of purchasing a number (9) of 'unnamed' daylilies thinking it would be easy to identify them once they started blooming. Three years later, I have identified only two and now I am trying to identify this large, double, yellow, very fragrant specimen. Most descriptions do not mention fragrance and this fragrance is intoxicating once the sun sets. The scapes are very tall and the colour is more yellow than the picture intimates. Any ideas? Thank you. |

| There is a Daylily forum on Garden Web. You will probably get a better response there. If it is a common variety, it should not be difficult to ID. This forum is for Lilies (genus Lilium), not for Dayliies (genus Hemerocallis). |
