Most hybrid oriental Lilies multiply only slowly by stem bulblets. The bulblets then take some time before they are mature enough to bloom. My Stargazer is particularly slow, even compared to my other orientals.

Lilies do look really good in groups, so it would probably be best to plant as many as you want now rather than count on them multiplying. Any multiples you get will then be a nice extra bonus.
