Transplanting Mona Lisa lilies?

I bought 3 of these off the discount rack at Lowes. Is it ok to transplant them now? Or do I just leave them in the containers and plant them in the fall?

I have one I bought last year that was in a decorative container; left it in my flower bed and it was beautiful. I never had tried lilies before and have fallen in love with them, especially the fragrant ones.

Dana, it's okay to plant them but if you do be careful not to break the stems so they can make food for next year. Be sure to keep them moist for a few weeks after you plant them. You may also leave them in the pots if you'd like.
