Oriental Lilies Did Not Sprout

Dottie B.

Last spring I planted some Oriental Lilies and they bloomed wonderfully, I had to move them last fall, so I did that after the foliage died back. This year, hardly any of them came up and the ones that did have only grown maybe 4"-6" tall and then stopped. Some of the leaves even look a little deformed, but other than that they are quite green and health looking. What is going on? I have had no problems with the Asiatics, Trumpets or Tiger Lilies.
