Brown spots on stargazers

Hi y'all! Hope someone knows the answer to this. My daughter's stargazers are getting these brown spots on the buds. I thought it might be botrylis. We've been having a lot of rain and now high humidity. Any other diagnoses? Thanks for any help. (sorry about the sideways picture)
