I just purchased 2 Vermeer and 2 Cassandra and I planted them near each other. My question is, we all hear the 'buy in 1, 3, 5 etc', so does this work for lilies as well? In fact, I might have bought the last 2 of each at the garden center. I was trying to figure out how to place them in my garden, as I am trying to get a fuller effect. Granted, newly planted but it sort of looks not so good right now. I don't like overcrowding but I don't like the sparse look either. Maybe I just need to wait next until next year and see how the fill out - ??
