| I planted asiatic Navona last year but the descriptions say there are no speckles. When I look online, though, I see pictures some of which show speckles and some without. Mine are speckled.
Is there a definitive site where one can look up pictures that are known to be accurate? Like on the Tinker’s site you can use for daylilies. |

| Thanks for the link! I have bookmarked it. According to this what I have is not Navona, as the description lists no speckles and mine definitely have some. It is not very spotted, just a sprinking. No matter, what I have is really gorgeous: a huge white flower, wonderfully contrasting dark brown stamens and the spots, and many flowers on each thick sturdy stem. And this is only the second season for these. I never knew white could be so magnificent. |
