It's safest to wait until Fall - especially because your plant has just finished blooming (depleting the bulb).

The bulb needs to build up. While it would do that better with more sum, transplanting now would risk damage to the foliage that the bulb needs to feed it. Even if you where able to preserve the stem and leaves, transplanting would also damage some roots and the bulb would use up energy to regrow them. If you HAD to move them it would be OK, the bulb might diminish a bit but would recover, but if you can wait that would be best.
