Help with Calla Lillies

I have bought a Calla Lilly plant. There are 3 p;aces where f;pwers were at one time that have fallen over and have some green balls inside. I take it these are seeds. When do you take these off if you want to try growing some from seed? I am new to this flower so please give me a blow by blow explanation.

I've never grown callas from seed, but if they are like other aroids, you'd want to wait until the little green balls turn red. That usually shows that they are ripe.
