Trumpet Lilies not as fruitful.

I have a few bulbs that were planted 2-3 years ago. They have bloomed every year but seem to be getting shorter in stature and less blooms appear.
Any suggestions on what to do to make them stronger and fuller?

Do they need to be divided? Are they crowded? Are you feeding them well after they bloom? They need to be fed to restore the bulb for the following year. Could it be that a shrub is growing too big and shading them more each year?
