From your post, I cannot undertand where you want to plant your lily bulbs. Are you going to plant them in your garden or in a container?

If you plant them in the garden, you probably do not need to amend the soil. If you plan to pot the bulbs, the soil from the forest and sand will be a bit non-porous and does not offer enough drainage for the roots to grow.

Do you have access to coarse mulch such as cocoshells, leaf mold or perlite, something of that nature? If mixed in with what you have, it will help with drainage.

By the way, it disturbed me that you took soil from the forest. But is it a common practice in your country to do so? Is the forest dense with vegetation or trees are sparse and tree roots would not be disturbed if soil is taken from the forest floor?

Yes there is some places where trees are cut down so you can take some soil from their.
I already planted my lily bulbs in sand, forest soil and normal soil from garden mix. I planted they in garden, not in a pot.
