my asiatic didn't bloom

M asiatic lilies never bloomed this year. I planned on seperating them this fall. I purchased them just before bloom in 2007 in a one gallon pot. They have tons of little bulblits and I was just wondering because they never bloomed should I wait for the end of the season anyway and then seperate and plant the bulblits? Or do you think it would be ok do it now? The foliage all seems healthy, no bug issues, just simply never produced any flower buds.

Are they still potted? If so have they been fed regularly? Are they getting enough sun?
