This forum gets a lot of questions about callas, even though they are not true lilies. They are an arum or member of the Araceae. But there are a number of different kinds, some far less hardy than others, so it's difficult to be specific on the care your boss's needs without knowing the type. Yes, they all go dormant, so when the leaves turn yellow and wilt back, reduce the watering and store over winter in a cool, dark place and bring back into the light in spring. It may need repotting and fertilizer at that time.
