| Hello,
I mistakenly posted this question in the Daylilies Forum and the kindly pointed me here to you folks. I have a patch of Lilies (mostly Asian) that needs to be moved. I also need to divide them as they are too crowded. My problem is that the new site will not be ready until spring. I’m in zone 5. I was wondering if I could dig them up, divide them and, over-winter in pots outside. Am I dreaming here or is there a good chance they will make it until replanting in spring? Thanks in advance for any input. Bill |
