Newbie Planting Lilies for the first time in Florida

Hello!

I will be planting Lilies for the first time and I need help please. I am going to be purchasing some Oriental Lilies and some Stargazer Lilies. From my understanding, I need to store them in the refrigerator for 6 - 8 weeks. When should I plant them here in New Port Richey, Florida? Also because it never really freezes here, should I dig them up every year and put them in the refrigerator and replant them the following year or can I leave them in the ground and they will grow again next year and multiply? Any advise to help me with my first time planting, would greatly be appreciated. I look forward to your responses. Thank you in advance.
