Hello everyone another newbie here. I got suckered/fasinated/fell in love with these plants from a pot full of orange asiatics left over from a funeral. After seeing them bloom the next year I wanted more. Started getting them from everywhere, Lowes, coupons from Brecks, Michigan, heck even grocery stores. My small garden became overgrown so I built a new one. Dug up the original bulbs after 7 years and they where the size of a softball of course with many other bulbs attached. This year these were 6 feet tall with 15/20 flowers each. Now here's the question. Where do you purchase these BIG bulbs? Everything I buy are golf ball or smaller. I am determined to get every species on the planet but after finding this very informative forum, that ain't gonna happen. Thanks!
