I just got a pot of Cali lilies as a present and I love them, but they are not like normal cali's. They are much smaller. Are they the same as the larger one's or are they something different and how do I take care of them. I don't even know how to take care of the normal sized cali's. Help me please!

Are these Calla lilies?

If so, yes there are 12-15" hybrids. Many of that height have colored flowers. Here in mild winter/mildish summer they will grow in sun or medium shade in almost any soil. My tall ones are ignored and are a pest. The hybrid shorter varieties do well with weekly water in summer. I haven't risked ignoring them.
