It's the time of year for new lily seedlings!

I always get excited about new babies. These are from a yellow cross.
How's everybodies elses coming along? |

| Gee, it's not that time of year for me! I have planted my delayed hypogeal germinating seeds, but my immediate germinating ones won't be planted until spring. |

I enjoy using grow lights to start seedlings during winter. First to overwinter some of my non cold hardy plants. The lights are also an added heat source (much needed in my drafty old house) and also therapeutic for SAD disorder...plus it gives a little to look forward to until spring. I have over 100 lily seedlings just from one cross (two of the best yellow lilies I own). One of the yellow lily parents I believe to (possibly) be one of my previous seedlings, the other parent is a yellow lily a neighbor gave me.
