You're right , that is not Tinos, however I don't know which one it is. It's certainly an interesting flower though, with the recurved petals and reddish color to the back of the petals.

THE LILY GARDEN--4902 NE 147th AVE--Vancouver, WA--98682-6067. ATTN: Judith Freeman. Send a printed copy of your picture and just tell them a customer referred them. It may take a couple days because its busy time now. I've seen this lily on the cover of some catalog a while back. Sure is a nice, healthy looking example. Be sure and mulch some in z5. Definitely not Tinos. Very close to an Asian Tiger Lily but cannot make out any spots on the facing petals. Have you found the name since posting?

No I haven't found out the name yet. There are no spots on the petals. Lots of substance though!

Just a note--I see B&D lilies has 'Tinos' if your still interested. Still can't get over your mystery lily!

I have finally figured out what my unknown lily is from 2010. I saw it in a catalogue this year from the Lily Nook and I am sure it is Chocolate Canary. That isn't where it came from. Sometimes it is called Lazy Lady too for some reason.
Here is photo from 2011 and yes it does have some spots!
