Lucky Bamboo Transplanted

I've had a lucky bamboo for about 4 years and it was planted in a very small container. It started out about 4 inches high and now it is about 18 inches. I finally got around to transplanting it to a bigger container and now the leaves are yellow halfway up the plant. I can see it's going up further and soon will lose my plant. Any suggestions on what I should do to save it?

RE: Lucky Bamboo Transplanted

Did you repot in into water?

If yes, what kind of water did you use?

Was there any fertilizer added to the water?

What else did you put into the replant such as stones, etc?
