Dracaena Help!!

I have a Dracaena (not sure what species) that has three main stalks. There are very tall shoots coming off of the three main stalks as well as new shoots coming up and out of the soil. One of the main stalks turned brown over the weekend and I'm not sure what to do or how to save it! Please help!!!

Ok so cut off all the black. Just lop it off it will die. Then let it dry out! You want to cut low enough to nit let the rot spread...it looks like over watering....let it dry out...good luck
