Here is what happend to me.... and the responce i got
After a while I started noticing these bugs that are white in color, almost in a cacoon, and there not on the leaves themselves. You have to pull the leaves down and they are hidden between the leaves and the stalk in cacoons/ like a cob web. really hard to explain i hope someone can help me understand what these bugs are.
Note. they dont seem to be doing harm maby stunting growth

Sounds like mealybugs. And they certainly can harm plants by sucking out volumes of plant sap. I'd suggest that you use one part rubbing alcohol to three parts water and mist your plant with it. You can also remove those insects that you see with a Q-tip dipped in alcohol.
The misting will kill the nymphs as well as the adults.
