Exposure and spacing for Paperbark Maple

I plan on planting one of these beautiful trees this spring but I'm concerned with how much sun it will receive. The area where it will be planted is on the northeast side of the house that receives about 2-3 hours of sun in the morning and then is in shade the rest of the day. There will be some reflected light off of my neighbor's house but no further direct sun. The area is about 15' wide by 35' long. Questions are will the tree do well with such limited sun? And is 15' enough width for the tree to grow comfortably in?
