Is my Seedling too thin or tall?

Hello all,

I was doing some research about growing trees from seeds, and I came across a site that mentions "seedlings that may be too tall and thin." I have been growing a Red Maple (Acer Rubrum) from a seed, indoors for about a month now. I'm worried that this little seedling may suffer from the aforementioned problem. You guys be the judge.

Here are the details of how this little one came to be:

-Purchased Seeds over the web
-Stratified them in Moist Moss in the fridge
-Planted it after three months in the fridge.

Few Days Old -

-It is planted in natural soil with a about 40% Perlite added

3 Weeks Old -

-I water it when the top 1" layer of soil goes dry.

6 Weeks Old - {{gwi:1035273}}

-It is growing under an Incandescent, green colored, growing bulb.
-I can't light it naturally, as it is freezing/windy outside.
-I have that going for about 14-16 hours a day.
-I use Miracle-Gro's Liquid Houseplant food at 25% of the recommended drop per gallon of water. It has a fertilizer number of 8-7-6.
-It's 3 1/4 inches tall.
-The top leaves (3rd set) are the largest so far.

If it is a problem, does anyone know if it is detrimental to the tree growing up healthy and/or treatable? Thanks for reading!

Sincerely,
