bicolored maple

I am looking for the name or seeds for a maple (?) that has a green and white leaf, apx 30' adult height, with a round shape to the leafy area, leaves look like sugar maple except they're bicolor, seeds look like maple seeds. I've seen only a few here in Oregon, no one seems to sell this bicolor variety locally, I haven't learned how to graft yet, and all the volenteer seedlings I've found seem to be regular solid green maples. thanks for any help.
