Almost certainly, but the tree's energy levels will be diminished. Like a battery, the amount of energy the tree has stored is finite, and not unlimited. How much energy is stored depends in large part on how robustly the tree was growing last (late) summer and fall when it entered dormancy. Leaves are net users of energy until they are about 75% mature. If your tree has enough energy in reserve to push another flush of foliage so that some part of it is around 75% mature, the tree won't expire because of energy demands. If it doesn't have that much energy in reserve, it could collapse (as an organism). Seeing that the tree recently came from a professional grower, that is unlikely.

Al....thank you for your response. Does that mean I should just leave them in their nursery pots maybe until Fall? Would the planting from pot to the ground just be more stress? I could just sink the pots in the ground if that would be better.

Should I remove the leaves? On the Peaches and Cream they are so "crispy" they are falling off. (about the top 25% of the tree). The Koto isn't quite that bad, at least not "crispy"....but definitely not healthy looking!

I wouldn't be all that worried. It's probably just a minor and temporary set-back. You can go ahead and plant as you normally would. I can't think of any good case to be made for keeping them in a container until fall.

Remove only dead leaves. If there is still any viable leaf tissue, they will contribute some photosynthate & help in recovery.
