Small green worm and leaf rot

My young maple has a few leaves that are rotting at the tips. They've been like that for a couple of weeks:

This morning, I noticed that one of the leaves has a new resident. I peeled back a small woven web and found a small green worm with a black head:

The pictures aren't great, but you can see the worm just beyond my thumb. My gut tells me this is a common problem and can be easily dealt with, but I haven't managed to find any online resources on it. I have some Biowash 1227. Will that take care of this problem?

It's a Maple leafroller. I don't know Biowash 1227 but I'm sure BT would take care of them.
