japanese maple id

Purchased a lot of 1 year old JMs from herter nusery thru ebay 2 years ago. Waited for month for them to arrive. They finally arrived in the middle of December without leaves (of course!). In the following spring I found out that many of them were not what I ordered. I am trying to id them if it's possible. This maple was labeled as Aratama. It's not Aratama as you can see it. Please help me to identify this maple. Thank you
