Japanese Maple-prune, move, or leave it alone?

I planted this Bloodgood 4 years ago along with the arborvitae for privacy from the adjacent neighbors. As you can see from the photos, the maple is growing into the arborvitae and gazebo. The top of the gazebo was temporarily removed prior to the storms. I would appreciate advice on my 4 options.

1. Prune the maple as needed to keep it out of the arborvitae and gazebo. This would probably be yearly or every other year, creating a bonzai bloodgood.

2. Prune the arborvitae and allow the maple to grow a canopy over the arborvitae and gazebo. This would require pruning the lower branches of the maple as it grows. I plan on replacing the gazebo with more permanent solution in the future.

3. Move the maple to a full sun spot in my yard.

4. Do nothing. Not really an option for me.
