Selecting from 3 cultivars: bloodgood, fireglow, or emperor I

I'm a newbie to this forum. I live in the Baltimore area and want to plant one specimen about 12' from the corner of a two story house and about 25' from a mature red oak. I would like it to reach ~20' when mature. I'm finding it hard to find consistent answers about mature size. Location would have morning sun and shade in the afternoon, fairly well protected from prevailing wind. My choices are bloodgood, fireglow or emperor I. I'm inclined not to choose the bloodgood as they have become so common. Can anyone advise me?
