Tan spots on Japanese Maple leaves (see Pic)

Hello- I noticed these spots on my japanese maple leaves today. The tree was planted about 7 months ago and has been florishing very well in a shady part of my yard. Im looking for some feedback on what these spots are and how I should treat them.
