Moving Sugar Maple Replacing with Smaller Maple

I've got a .6 acre lot with a 10 ft sugar maple in the front yard. I am concerned that with time this tree will dominate my front yard and prevent any grass from growing underneath. That being said, I would like to move it this winter to the back yard and replace it with a smaller maple such as the trident, amur, paperbark, or shantung. I've got a couple of questions for you experts out there...

1. I've got two 10 ft scarlet oaks in the back yard. Do I have room for the sugar maple if they are all evenly spaced (30 ft apart)?

2. What maple should I use in the front? My yard gets full sun.
