It certainly doesn't look like its dying. Other than a tiny bit of spotting, which can be common and is usually not serious, it looks fine. Leaves changing color in the height of summer is also very common with many cultivars, especially those that receive a fair amount of sun or are in heavy shade (greening or bronzing of red foliage). If the leaves start to show signs of fall color too early, this is usually an indication the tree is stressed for some reason, often drought.
