| I bought a Japanese red maple a few months ago and planted it in a planter on the balcony. It was doing fine the first couple of months when it was pretty cool and rainy here, but during the last 1-1.5 months its leaves have started drying out. My balcony has south exposure so it gets a lot of sun/heat but I water it regularly. Any ideas what could be causing the leaves to dry and what I can do about it?

| Running short of water. When you water regularly, what does that mean? How often? Also how much? Anyway, as said, it needs more. |
