many a problem

one of my maples seems to be having a bit of trouble the leaves are changing from green to a redy orange colour like its in deep autumn also the leaves are dieing but its patches on the leaves and the vien are still there but the part of the leaf is dead sort of looks like a spiders web please any help greatly appreciated

We are going to need a bit more information. What type of tree is it(species and cultivar name)? Where are you located? Is it in the ground or in a pot? Is it in sun or shade? Enclosing a picture would be helpful too.
