Heres a little tree ive got hanging around the house! Ap 'Tiger Rose'. Nice reticulated viening varigation. More sun will show a pink hue on the leaves during spring time. Southern Md. summers are too hot in full sun for this tree. I would plant in filtered shade here at best.Please join in w other potted maples!

That's a sweet little tree there, AL. How old is it? It looks very happy among its friends coinhabiting the pretty container. What cultivars of spruce, cham., and sedum are they? Please update us with another pic in the fall when it's in its fall glory.

Nice composition in that pot AL! I like the soft contrast in color and texture that you've got going on. Every time I see a pic of 'Tiger Rose', I'm tempted to get it and this one is no exception. Don't have a pic of any potted maples to share as most of mine are in the ground, but really appreciate seeing this one.

Thanks Alex and Dan, 'Tiger Rose' is planted with picea abies 'coolwyn globe',cham obtusa 'nana contorta' and sedum minus 'purple form'.
Heres another ole standby, thats hard to beat for spring flush. Ap 'Shin Deshojo'. May foto.
