Sugar maple tree leaves dying

sugarmaple1

We live in Western PA and have a 37 year old sugar maple tree. It budded in spring as usual, after the leaves started coming out, half of them begin to fall. Most were green for a few months, but now the remaining leaves have turned brown, but have not fallen off yet.

Is there something to do to treat this for next year? Will it grow back as usual next year or will the same thing happen?
