recommend a narrower maple that gets to 12" high

I am searching for a maple to go outside my office window to provide a nice view and block some of my neighbors wall. My yard is pretty narrow there, about 6-7 feet from the house to fence. I need the tree to grow to 12 feet to cover my view outside the windows too.

Any thoughts on a maple that will grow to 12' and be on the narrower side ( like 6-8 feet spread with minor pruning?)
