Is the atomic amur maple something grafted?

As well as I would really like to find where I can get some seeds or trade for some?

The cultivar is 'Durglobe', sold under the Atomic trademark. Most unlikely to be available as seeds. These might vary from the original anyway.

If you've seen one nearby that is fruiting, maybe you can get permission to gather your own seeds - again keeping in mind that the compact habit may not be continued by plants grown from them.
