| So, bark is still peeling off of my maple. Extension Agent says it's a borer, but today when I peeled off some rotten wood--tiny white/gray bugs scurried away.
I have been googling for an hour, can't find anything similar...any ideas/?? I think my tree is toast. |

| Tiny things may be secondary. Did you take samples of both original damage and tiny things to Extension person? If not, please do. |
