I BOUGHT A NATIVE RED MAPLE IN EARLY SPRING OF THIS YEAR. IT HAS BEEN WELL TAKEN CARE OF BUT IT IS NOT TURNING IT'S FALL COLOR. I HAVE OCTOBER GLORYS AND SUGAR MAPLES THAT HAVE ALREADY TURN. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?????

If your red maple is a seedling, then it won't necessarily turn red in the fall. Many seedling red maples, like the 20 year old tree in my yard, always turn yellow. You need a grafted, named variety for red/orange color, like October Glory, etc.
