October Glory Red Maples: Dry Leaves (just planted)

This past weekend I purchased 3 15gallon Red Maples from Home Depot (I know I know). I've always had great luck with these trees here in Keller TX, but two of the three are starting to show a bit of struggle. I water them all nightly and used premium soil while planting them. No mulch on top just yet. Can anyone explain to me what is happening? The one attached is the worse. The other one isn't nearly as bad as this one, and the third is still beautiful.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
