I love this Japanese maple in the spring and fall.

Great looking plant.

Looks warm there. Almost all the leaves have fallen here in Philly.

Great color. I have one, but it is still small. How big do they typically get. Some sites list them as almost tree size dimensions (tall and oval), while others list them more like shrubs (more roundish). Does anybody have a more mature plant?

Mine has only been in my garden for a couple of years. I have it in fairly heavy shade under a 125 year old elm. Here's a picture of it in the spring, next to a Queen of the seas hosta.

Looks great! Nice contrast between the big hosta leaves and finer leaves of Inazuma.

Yours is gorgeous! I don't think I have ever seen a JM that wasn't stunning in fall. Truly an outstanding plant to grace one's garden.
