Is it ok to plant Bloodgood at December in zone 7a?

I got two 45 gallon Bloodgood JM trees on my driveway. They are about 12 to 14 feet.
Should i go ahead and plant them now (end of November) or put the pots behind my house and wait to spring?
I don't have any idea how long they were in these pots but I assume for long time.
I'm worry once i get them out of the pots i will have to prune the roots and they won't have time to root properly for the winter.
I live in north Atlanta zome 7a

Please advice. thanks yinon
